Warranty

To get started, simply provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
• Order and product details
• Photo or video of the issue

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, cosmetic finish, discoloration)
• Damage caused by:
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, improper handling, neglect
• Improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions
• Overloading beyond product capacity
• Sharp objects, impact, or external force
• Chemical exposure or environmental factors (including chlorine, saltwater, humidity, or corrosion)
• Battery leakage or improper battery use (if applicable)
• Water damage due to improper sealing, closure, or user error (for waterproof products)
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
• Use outside intended purpose of the product
• Consumable items (apparel, accessories, and replaceable components)

If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll guide you in coordinating with the courier. We recommend checking and documenting your parcel upon delivery.

• If needed, we’ll guide you on returning the item for inspection
• We coordinate directly with the brand for evaluation
• Once approved, we’ll assist with the resolution

• Local inspection: 7–14 business days
• Brand evaluation (if required): 3–4 weeks

We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. As an authorized distributor/retailer, we assist every step of the way, while final warranty decisions are made by the brand. If you have any questions, our team is always ready to help.
