Authorized employees within the company may have access to collected information from individual customers where such information will only be used to help, assist and provide excellent service to client individuals.  From time to time, such information will be used to categorize and help us provide you with the best possible and latest products available for the first time for viewing to those subscribed/registered to our website.  We do not collect or store credit card or PayPal information in our website at any point.

This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised us of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

Payment

Cash is accepted when the transaction is made in person.  As per using Stride & Stroke’s online shopping, most of credit/debit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before we can ship the goods.  All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.

Technical Issues: Incorrect Pricing and Stock Availability.

There may be instances where the stated price or quantity of an item is incorrect due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to correct the pricing online, validate the pricing applied to your order, and/or cancel the order if there is no stock available. We’ll send you an email of the price discrepancy via email or contact you via phone call to alert you of this kind of situation. At this point, we shall give you the option to cancel or to proceed with the order based on the updated pricing and/or stock availability.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We CANNOT offer you a refund of your purchase, in which case we will repair defective item/s and return them to you. A buyer’s preference for a direct or immediate replacement is not possible without our companies service inspection or our supplier's approval. With the latter needing more time. In this day and age, we normally process this by using photos /videos and sent to the supplier in the interest of saving time to make sure you will be able to use the product at the soonest possible time. In the event, we do not have an available exact product as your original purchase, we maybe able to offer an exchange of another item equal to or more than your original purchase where the difference will have to pay in full by the buyer.

Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
